Privacy notice

When you send a project enquiry, Okab Studio receives the name, email address, optional phone number, project brief, references and scheduling details you enter. These details are stored securely for the studio owner to review and respond to your request. If enquiry notifications are enabled, the details are also sent to the studio owner by the configured email provider, and a WhatsApp notification is sent only if the studio enables a WhatsApp Business provider.

Enquiries

Your enquiry is private and is not published in the portfolio. The studio uses it to discuss the project, prepare a quote and manage the conversation. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your brief.

Website activity

The site counts page views, project views, showreel plays and contact-link clicks as daily totals. Those activity counts are not unique visitor numbers. The public visitor counter separately counts approximate unique browsers from the date the counter was added. It stores a random identifier in your browser's local storage and a hashed form on the server to avoid counting that browser again. It does not use advertising cookies or store your IP address for this count. Clearing browser storage or using another browser may count again; shared browsers count once. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control prevent the visitor count and activity tracking for your browser, though you can still see the public total.

Advertising

If Google AdSense ads are enabled, Google and third-party vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. You can manage personalized ads in Google My Ad Center and learn how Google uses information from partner sites in Google’s privacy information. Consent options may be presented where required.

Spam protection

Temporary request limits and a form challenge help prevent spam. A daily hash of the connection address is used for request limits; the raw address is not stored by this application for analytics or enquiries.

Videos and external links

YouTube thumbnails may load from YouTube. Video players connect to YouTube or Vimeo when you choose to play a linked video. WhatsApp, social links and external client websites follow their own privacy practices. Site hosting and administrator sign-in also operate under their providers’ policies.

Access and deletion

To ask about an enquiry or request its deletion, contact Okab Studio using the contact links on the website. Include your enquiry reference or the email address you used. Website content backups cover the portfolio and studio settings; downloaded full backups may also contain enquiries and should be kept private by the studio owner.
